Solar array projects
The land bank is taking bids for 2 solar array projects on land bank buildings. Bids must be received by noon on Friday, August 28, 2026. Roof and trim replacement
The land bank is accepting bids for the replacement of the roof and trim on its cottage at the Wapatequa Woods Reservation, located at 1000 Sailors Burying Ground Road in Oak Bluffs. Deadline for submission of bids is noon on September 18, 2026. The bid package may be obtained by emailing mhill@vineyardlandbank.com or by telephoning 508-627-7141.
