The general public is invited to a site-visit, on Friday, October 27 at 9:00 am, of the location of a firebreak being proposed by the Martha's Vineyard Commission's wildfire mitigation committee on the Wapatequa Woods Reservation. Park at the reservation trailhead, directions for which are found on the land bank website under Wapatequa Woods. Overflow parking is on the shoulder of the nearby Island Grown Initiative driveway.
