The land bank has purchased 10.7 Edgartown acres, for $1,500,000, from JPMorgan Chase Bank. 2.5 acres will be added to the Cove Meadow Preserve and 8.2 acres will be added to the Three Ponds Reservation. The land abuts existing land bank properties on its west, south and east, and connects via trail to land bank land on its north. The land bank has been pursuing this land since 2003.
