2016 - 2017 Guided Walks

Join the Martha's Vineyard Land Bank for a season of guided walks.
The land bank ecologist will lead free natural history walks on various land bank properties on the following days:

Sunday, November 6, 2016:     Christiantown Woods Preserve to Priester's Pond Preserve

                                                         West Tisbury

Sunday, December 4, 2016:      Moshup Beach-Sheriff's Meadow Foundation joint walk

                                                         Aquinnah

Sunday, February 5, 2017:        Pennywise Preserve                                                                                                                                                          Edgartown                                                                                                 

Sunday, April 2, 2017 :              Middle Ridge Preserve to Tea Lane Farm

                                                       Chilmark

Sunday, May 7, 2017:                John Presbury Norton Farm to Little Duarte's Pond Preserve                                                                                 West Tisbury/Tisbury/Oak Bluffs                  

Walks are given rain or shine; dress appropriately. Walks begin at 1 pm and last approximately 1-2 hours unless otherwise noted. For more information call the land bank office at (508) 627-7141.
