7.5 acres

The land bank was intrigued by a proposal made in 2000 by this property’s owner: he would, in exchange for the purchase of development rights by the land bank, convert an Old County Road stretch of overgrown flatland into a farmfield. The resulting field is one of the few on the west side of the Old County Road.

Farming, scenic vista.

The property is located on the Old County Road 0.4 miles north of the West Tisbury school, on the same side.
